A how-to-guide to where to find policy coverage information on branch.com or in the Branch app and what details are visible

Locating policy information

Follow the steps on the Policy - account - website & app card to locate individual policies—either on branch.com or the Branch app.

👁️ Note

*Depending on the device you are accessing your Account from, the view of the screenshots below might look different, but the information will be the same.

*Information, Coverages, Billing and Documents are available in the prior, current and renewal terms. If there is an upcoming renewal you must click into View Renewal to access the same details.

Auto

  1. Click on the Coverages & Deductibles tab
  2. Policy level coverages will be listed
  3. Each vehicle with their respective coverages and deductibles
  4. Click the "?" to see help text on items listed

  2. Coverages and deductibles will be listed
  3. You can click the arrow to toggle open additional coverages
  4. Click the "?" to see help text on items listed
