Fixed an issue causing the Orders UI in GoRev to rapidly refresh disrupting some functions.

Fixed an issue that caused the Orders UI in GoRev to refresh repeatedly, disrupting some functions. Updated the Order Workflow so the auto-refresh process now updates individual cells instead of rebuilding the entire data table, resulting in smoother performance and improved stability.
