1 Function Overview

  • Timely Access to Data: The Q-Robot log offers users immediate access to important data related to the use of Q-Robot
  • Re-execution of Data: Enables the immediate re-execution of any data that was not successfully processed on the first attempt.
  • Detailed Data View: Users can select specific data entries to access more detailed information, thereby improving their understanding and control over the enterprise system.
  • Global Supervision: The log supports comprehensive supervision within the application.

2 Viewing the Q-Robot Log

  • Go to "Application".
  • Select "Data Management".
  • Click on "Overview".
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the "Q-Robot Log".

  • Time Range Search: Offers the ability to search within a time range with precision down to hours, minutes, and seconds.
  • Keyword Search: Supports searching using specific keywords.
  • Sorting Options: Each column in the log can be sorted in both ascending and descending order.
  • Re-execution of Failed Data: Enables re-execution of data that initially failed to execute.
  • Data Detail Viewing: Allows viewing of detailed information for each data entry.
  • Pagination Features: Displays 10 data entries per page, with support for page navigation and flipping.

3 Q-Robot Log of a Single Data Entry

4.1 Accessing the Function

Navigate to data management, select the desired data, and click on the log icon to the right

4.2 View Execution Information

  • Target Application: Refers to the specific software or system where the operations are executed.
  • Node Name: The name of the node in the workflow or process where the operation takes place.
  • Trigger Time: The specific time when the operation is triggered or initiated.
  • Target Number: Could refer to a specific identifier or count related to the operation.
  • Details: This section displays the status of operations, which can be 'Success', 'Failure', or 'Queue'. The 'Queue' status indicates that the operation has reached the node but has not yet executed. Post-execution, the log of this operation is replaced with a detailed process log.

4.3 Re-execute

  • This function allows the system to re-run all operations of a specific component (e.g., Q-Robot) based on previously saved records. However, it's noted that re-execution of some operations may not be supported, possibly due to constraints in the system or the nature of the operations.

4.4 Withdraw Third-Party Platform Message Reminders

  • This feature focuses on withdrawing messages that were successfully sent through third-party platforms.
  • Supported platforms for message withdrawal include WeChat Enterprise, Feishu, and DingTalk.
  • It seems to particularly emphasize the withdrawal of reminders or messages from the "Enterprise WeChat" platform, likely for the purposes of data privacy or correction of mistakenly sent messages.
