Added a new Test Display Name field that will override the TestName field in result generation.

A new Test System Name field has been added that will always be the original test name field. Additionally, added Manufacturer, Model, and LOINC Description fields to better classify and manage tests.

Users can now go to Admin Tab > Configuration > Laboratory > Edit Tests and Manually apply override text for a specific test that will reflect on the results.
