How to use the sheet

  1. Open our sheet and do File > Make a Copy.

    1. Our sheet is not editable. Making a copy gives you a personal, editable copy that's not shared with anyone so there's no way your data can be seen by anyone else.

  2. To view or edit existing Knowledge Triggers:

    1. Click Load Knowledge Triggers to load and display all of your team's Knowledge Triggers.

      1. Note: some conditions and assignments may be uneditable in the sheet.

    2. Make changes to the triggers -- see the selection below for more details on editing triggers.

    3. Select Update Trigger in the Action column to save your changes.

  3. To create new Knowledge Triggers:

    1. Start entering values in a blank row.

    2. To save changes, click the Save New Knowledge Triggers button.

    3. Once a trigger has been saved, select Update Trigger in the Action column to save further changes.
