Upload problem: Files are corrupted.
Symptoms
Progress bar is red and says that uploader has a problem. When clicking on "Click on resolve" link, the message says some files are corrupted.
Also, there are "fileCorrupted" errors in CSTool.
Troubleshooting
Click on the "Click to see files for Uploader:..." link. You will see a list of some corrupted files. Ask the customer to open one of them and check if it is corrupted indeed.
If files look ok, please ask the customer
To zip and send you the file (better few), open the ticket and attach the file(s) you've got there.
Assign the ticket to Tier2.
Nevertheless, ask the customer to click on "Retry errors" button if he/she haven't clicked yet - sometimes it works :).
If files are not ok, please ask the customer to fix the file and then click on "Retry errors" button.
