Logging Into Verint as an Agent

  1. After logging in to https://login.five9.com/, click Workforce Management.

  2. A new window will pop, prompting you to log in again. Use your Five9 username and password.
    The system may say Invalid Username/Password. If it does, click Reset Password and follow the prompts to change your Verint password, then try logging in again.

  3. You’ll be taken to your Verint landing page, which is defaulted to the My Information tab. Hover over or click My Schedule, then click Personal.

  4. Here you’ll see all published schedules for the date range selected. In the upper right, you can change the date range to set it to just one day if you wish, and you can also change the view from Textual to Graphical.

  5. Here is the schedule viewed with just one date set as the date range, and changed to Graphical view.
    If your schedule is changed throughout the day, you and your supervisor will receive an email notifying you of the change.

You must have Author or Collection Owner permission to create Guru Cards. Contact your team's Guru admins to use this template.
