Locating policy information

Follow the steps on the Policy - account - website & app card as needed to locate individual policies.

*Depending on the device you are accessing your Account from, the view of the screenshots below might look different, but the information will be the same.

*Information, Coverages, Billing and Documents are available in the prior, current and renewal terms. If there is an upcoming renewal you must click into View Renewal to access the same details.

Auto

  1. Click on the Policy Information tab
  2. Click the eye to see the full VIN
  3. Click the arrows to toggle open additional details on cars and drivers
  4. Add/Remove/Replace Car Feature appears after each vehicle. (image below)
    1. Available to Direct/IA members, serviced by Branch
    2. Not Available to IA-serviced members

  1. Click on the Policy Information tab
  2. You will then see:
    1. Resident information
    2. Property details
    3. Roof details

You must have Author or Collection Owner permission to create Guru Cards. Contact your team's Guru admins to use this template.
