1. Rent Payment Guarantee
All Plans (Silver, Gold, Platinum)
We align our success with yours. If your tenant doesn't pay rent, we don't collect our management fee. We are only paid when you are.
2. Prompt Disbursement Guarantee
All Plans (Silver, Gold, Platinum)
Cash flow is the lifeblood of real estate. If we don't mail or wire your monthly proceeds within 10 business days of receiving rent, we will waive that month's management fee.
3. 48-Hour Response Guarantee
All Plans (Silver, Gold, Platinum)
Communication is our priority. If an owner calls, texts, or emails us, we guarantee a response within 48 business hours. If we miss that standard, we apply a $25 credit toward your next month's management fee.
4. 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
All Plans (Silver, Gold, Platinum)
We want to earn your trust, not lock you in. If you are a newly onboarded client and are not satisfied with our service, you may cancel within the first 60 days of management service with no cancellation penalty.
Note: If a tenant has already been placed, the standard tenant placement fee will still apply.
5. Price Match Guarantee

We are confident in the value we deliver. If you find a lower base management fee from another licensed property management firm — with no hidden fees — share it in writing and we will match it.
6. Showing & Vacancy Support Guarantee
All Plans (Silver, Gold, Platinum)
We use advanced self-showing technology with ID verification and GPS confirmation to keep your vacant property secure. In the rare event of a qualifying showing-related issue such as rekeying costs or minor vacancy-related expenses, GPS applies up to $500 in service credits.
7. Tenant Placement Guarantee
Gold & Platinum Plans only
We stand behind every tenant we place. If a tenant we screened and approved defaults on rent, GPS will find a new tenant at no cost and manage the property fee-free for a full year once a new paying tenant is secured. Our screening. Our accountability. You get meaningful relief when it matters most.
8. Eviction Management Guarantee
Gold & Platinum Plans only
If a tenant we placed requires eviction, that is a placement failure — and we own it. GPS waives management fees during the eviction period and coordinates the entire process at no additional cost. Professional and legal fees for the eviction itself remain the owner's responsibility, but you won't pay GPS a dime in management fees or coordination charges while it is being resolved.
9. Pet Screening Guarantee
Gold & Platinum Plans only
Pets expand your tenant pool significantly. We use rigorous pet screening protocols to protect you. If a pet we approved causes damage beyond the security and pet deposits, GPS waives up to 3 months of management fees to offset the repair costs. We stand behind our pet screening process with defined GPS fee relief.
