Label Printer - Dymo 550 Configuration
Use this guide to setup a Dymo 550 or Dymo 550 Twin Turbo label printer for use within GoRev.
IMPORTANT: This printer is supported as of GoRev version 2022.01.07
NOTE: Please be aware the Dymo 550 series of printers now requires use of new authentic Dymo labels. You will be unable to use any generic brand labels or any older authentic Dymo labels. Be sure to buy the correct labels specifically designated with support by the 550 series.
1: Install Dymo Connect Software
Go here: https://www.dymo.com/support?cfid=user-guide
Install the latest Windows Dymo Connect software.
2: Change Label Printer Support Mode in GoRev
Click on your name towards the top right of GoRev and click Preferences. Click into the printing tab and change integration mode from Dymo to GoRev. We know, this may not sound intuitive but along with Dymo requiring you use their brand of chipped labels their new 550 printers no longer work with their own label design software.
Note: If you made customizations to your standard patient label, lab large label, or lab small label designs or use a custom label size you will need to contact GoRev support to have your custom label designs reconfigured into this new integration mode.
