There are a few things here to set up, and if a step is missed it can be frustrating to figure out what went wrong. We’ve tried to make our error messages helpful.
User is not Authorized to use the Connected App
Check to see that each step in the Connected App setup was followed precisely. We anticipate this will appear most commonly when an Administrator had previously set up a Connected App for another integration and followed those steps instead of ours (each Integration may have a different configuration for the Connected App)
There is a problem with the Connected App
Check to ensure that you have the latest version of the Managed Package. You may want to try uninstalling the Managed Package and then re-installing.
Cannot be used for demo Pardot Orgs
Looks like your Salesforce Org is connected to a Pardot Demo org. Currently, we do not support Demo Orgs as the stats there would be meaningless.
Service can only be configured in Production
Looks like you are trying to install the app in a Sandbox. Similar to Demo orgs, we do not support sandboxes as the stats there would be even more meaningless.
I get a giant blue screen when I try to use the Email Digest Assistant
Make sure My Domain is set up.
