New! Admin Created Views For Clients

💡 What Is This Feature?

You can now save time by directly creating multiple ‘saved views’ for your clients and choosing their default view of the shipment explorer table.

You know your clients better than anyone so now you can let them see the shipment explorer table in whichever way you see fit.

This feature will help you provide a curated experience to your customer and improve their satisfaction when using your platform.

Create a saved view by selecting the desired filters.

❓FAQS

Are the saved views customer specific?
No, the saved views apply to all customers.

Will the admin default view replace the user default columns experience?

  • Currently, if an admin sets a default view for their customers, that view takes precedence over the user's default column experience.
  • We are working on automatically saving the user's preference as a "My Personal View" saved view for all users, so they can switch to it if they want to. Note that this view will not be the default view, and your clients will still need to switch to this saved view.
  • Coming Soon, we will allow your clients to set their own default view. The default view set by users will take precedence over the default view set for them by the admin.

Will customers get an alert that they have a new default saved view, or will it just override their current view?
It will override their current view, see above for more information on future plans.

If you set the saved view in settings before a user is created, will they automatically have the saved view when they are invited/activate their account/log in to the shipment explorer?
Yes

You must have Author or Collection Owner permission to create Guru Cards. Contact your team's Guru admins to use this template.
