FAQS
- We run the Cinque Terre Excursion through the partner Arte e Natura, but we are responsible for purchasing both the return train tickets from Florence to Cinque Terre and the day pass for the Cinque Terre local train for the clients
- There are LPs set up for each of these products with tasks and instructions for purchasing are in the How-to Trains
- Clients must be sent both sets of tickets before their tour. This is a C/AX responsibility.
- We have individual email addresses and phone numbers for the Arte e Natura guides so that they can use our managed communication system, but all assigning is done through the business email address listed above
- If the guides who are in our system are not available for one of our bookings, Karen will provide an alternative guide. We have told Karen we would want to see the guide profiles before she goes ahead with the change.
HOW TO FULFILL
- When a booking comes through our system, we first must review the order; check client’s notes and make sure there are no double bookings, that there are no date/time overlaps.
- We request a guide via email at coop.arte@tin.it with the below template
- Leave an order note saying guide has been requested with Front link, and add a comment as well to the task and complete
- Karen will reply to us with confirmation of the guide ideally within 1 business day, maximum 2
- Partner guides do not have admin access - we DO NOT want to send them an sms or email!
- Check off the sms and email boxes BEFORE assigning
- Find the specific guide's name on the assignment list
- On the righthand side of their row, select the 'assign' button
- Then select the green check mark next to their name - this will accept the assignment on their behalf
- Complete related tasks
- You are done!
