2.2.2 Add description to application

2.2.3 Numbering format

The numbering format is divided into two types: "system default" and "custom." After each application data is initiated, the system will automatically generate a number to facilitate later data search and processing, eliminating the need to fill it in manually. Click the number format to configure the number for the form. If no configuration is made, the default number will be the "system default" number.

  • System Default Number: Serial number increasing from 1, such as 1, 2, 3... 99, 100...
  • Custom Numbering: Customize the number of digits, repetition period, format type, etc. The number format of custom numbers supports four types: automatic counting, submission date, fixed characters, and in-form fields.

  • Automatic Counting: Starts from 1 and is adjusted according to the number of digits. For example, if the number of digits is set to 5, the data number of the first application will be 00001, displaying a total of 5 digits. The number of digits can be set to 3-9 digits. When the data amount reaches the maximum number, counting will restart.
  • Additionally, you can set the reset cycle to no reset, daily reset, weekly reset, monthly reset, and annual reset. After each reset period, counting will restart even if the maximum number has not been reached.

  • Submission Date: Supports adding the time of data application in the number. The date unit supports year, year-month, and year-month-day.

  • Fixed Characters: Supports inserting fixed Chinese and English characters or special characters into the number, with the length limited to 20 characters.

  • Fields in the Form: Supports inserting the value of the field in the form into the number. The value filled in when applying for data will be used as part of the number. Supported field types for insertion include single-line documents, dates, numbers, data associations, single-item selections, and drop-down selections.

2.2.4 Add attachments

Click "Add Attachment" and select the corresponding attachment to add attachments to the form, making it convenient for form fillers to view more content.

2.2.5 Form style

Click "Form Style" to select the theme style or custom style in the configuration bar on the right. The form style defaults to no theme style.

  • There are 14 preset form styles to choose from, and custom theme styles are also supported.

3. Precautions

  • Automatic counting in custom numbering format is required and cannot be deleted or changed.
  • When the content of the numbering format exceeds 15 digits, the sorting may fail.
