Lab Custom Request Forms Not Populating in Lab Order

Introduced a new enhancement that populates Custom Request Forms within the View Order drop-downs across the Patient Overview, Lab Orders, and Lab Results windows. This development allows users to easily access and select custom request forms directly within their workflow, improving efficiency and consistency across modules.


Added the ability to access Custom Request Forms directly from the View Order drop-down within the Lab Results window. To do so, simply navigate to your results window and select the Lab Order button from the toolbar.

Then, select the view order button to access your Custom Request Forms.

Developed new functionality within the patient overview window to access Custom Request Forms when adding a new order. To do so, simply add a new order and select the Print button to select and print your custom request form.

Lastly, you will now be able to access your Custom Request Forms from the orders window within GoRev.
