1Password - Saving/Updating Passwords (Personal and Shared LT Folders)

1Password must be used to generate secure passwords for all logins.

A benefit of 1Password is that it creates complex, unique passwords for you and securely saves these to your vault. You do not have to remember these passwords as they are saved and auto-filled when you enter the websites.

The only password that you need to remember is your 1Password master password, all other passwords must be generated by 1Password and saved in your vault.

  • Associates/CST/Settlements cannot update a Sales Managers' passwords on 1Password, this must be done by the Sales Manager themselves.
    • If a SM is on leave, please email operations@thelagroup.com.au for assistance.
  • Passwords must never be shared via Outlook. If a password has been shared via Outlook, please report this to Ops immediately.
