How to Change the Layout in Microsoft Teams (work or school)

The default layout for the new version of teams is to list each team separately in a grid layout. This removes the ability to browse the channels of multiple teams in the same window.

Before you begin

  • This only applies to the new Microsoft Teams (work or school) and not Microsoft Teams Classic

Change the default layout

  2. From the menu on the left, select Appearance and accessibilityScreenshot 2023-11-02 at 3.39.16 PM.png
  3. In the Layout section, select the option for ListScreenshot 2023-11-02 at 3.40.39 PM.png

You must have Author or Collection Owner permission to create Guru Cards. Contact your team's Guru admins to use this template.
