Onboarding | How To Navigate Inside The Coaching Platform
Welcome to Foundr's Coaching Program! We've especially created this document for you to help you navigate inside the coaching platform and make the most out of your coaching experience.
This document will consist of several "How To's", but we do strongly suggest for you to raise anything that you think should be included in this document for our team to add.
Coaching Program
To kickstart your coaching journey with us, as we mentioned in the video, we urge you to fill out the Foundr Manifesto that was sent to you separately via Forms.
You can find the form sent to you inside the Forms tab.
From there, select the Foundr Manifesto form.
After filling out your Foundr Manifesto, you can now go back to the Goals & Ambitions module inside the program and answer it as honestly as you can.
Concierge Call
After filling out your goals & ambitions, please do take the time to book your concierge call through the next module. Through here, our team member will understand your goals and painpoints better, and we'll be able to match you with the best coach suited to help you get to where you want to be.
Booking Your 1-on-1 Call
After being matched with a coach, to book your 1-on-1 call with our coaches, you're required to fill out your Goals & Ambitions module first so our coaches can know you and your business more, and for us to understand how we can help you get to where you want to be. If you haven't, your coach won't be accepting the session you booked.
a. After answering the Goals & Ambitions module, you can then book your 1-on-1 coaching call and choose your preferred time.
Please note that we'll only accept bookings that are 1 week ahead to the date of booking. Our coaches will need time to prepare and develop the best strategies and recommendations for your business. You're entitled to one 1-on-1 Coaching Session per month, the next Booking Module won't be open until the next month, but once it's open, you should receive a notification on the Secure Messaging tab that a new module is available.
You also won't be able to mark this module as complete; our instructors will do this for you once your session is done.
b. You'll be able to see your booked call under the Sessions Tab. You'll see here the status of your call, whether it's pending confirmation, accepted, or canceled.
Should you need to reschedule or cancel, you can also click on the dropdown button of your booked call, and select either Reschedule or Cancel.
c. Once approved, your session should now appear in the Session Room Tab.
Weekly Check-In
Throughout your entire 6-months coaching journey with us, we want to make sure to check in on your progress and also for us to better gauge and strategize on how we can further help you and your business. Inside the coaching program, there will be several modules labeled as Weekly Check-In.
As much as possible, we highly encourage you to only fill this out per week. This is also for you to see your own progress every week as it's also important to celebrate every milestone of your journey. Every Sunday, you will receive an email reminder to fill this out.
Your Email Reminder will look like the below:
Once you click on the "Fill Out Form" button, you'll be routed to the page below:
From here, please first click on "Submit" to let the system know you acknowledge the reminder. Then click on the FILL OUT MY WEEKLY CHECK-IN link. Once you do, you'll be routed back to your program modules, and from there, please do fill out your Weekly Check-In.
Calendar Syncing
We want to make sure you don't miss out on either our Fortnightly Group Calls with Q&A and your 1-on-1 Coaching sessions, so we highly encourage you to sync your calendars with the coaching platform.
a. Head to the Sessions Tab
b. On the right side of the page, you'll see Calendar Syncing. Click on Add Calendar > Sign in with Google OR Connect your Outlook 365
Note Taking
We understand how crucial it is to take notes during this coaching program. Aside from taking notes on your notepad, this coaching platorm also allows you to take notes during sessions.
a. Head to Programs
b. Click on Private Notes. From there, you can freely jot down your notes, even as you have your 1-on-1 coaching session.
Messaging Your Coach
One of the advantages of our coaching program is that you'll have the option to send your coach a direct message for any questions you may have. Please note that our coaches will be responding to messages from Mon-Fri within a 24 - 48 hour period.
Simply head to Secure Messaging > Select your coach.
