We only charge a fixed 10% of the monthly rent. Compared to other property management companies, we save our landlords 18-38% on management fees annually.
Your resident is treated with respect and honesty. We create an effective communication channel with our residents using our online resident portal. This enables residents to pay rent, submit service requests, and view documents. Rent collection is exclusively collected via their online portal reducing rent collection delays or issues.
