You have to know your worth, you have to talk to IT Recruiters the way a Senior IT Resource would talk.

  • Always make the IT Recruiter think that you are currently working in a busy project.

  • Always make the IT Recruiter think that, your team in the current project depends on you.

  • Also let the IT Recruiter know that, in your previous projects, you have handled the conversations with the end client directly.

  • Additionally, you can tell the IT Recruiter that you conducted technical interviews for onboarding a new hire in the team.
