Removing an employee from Time Clock and Log-on
You are unable to remove the name completely, for history purposes, but you can hide them from showing in the log-on list.
To hide an employee from the Time Clock and Security login screens, do the following from your Main Workstation:
- Close PostalMate and CashMate and open PM Utilities
- Select Edit User
You will uncheck them from Time Clock User and select the option to Hide. You may also want to remove the password.
Note: You must leave someone in the Users list with Universal Access Rights.
