Removing an employee from Time Clock and Log-on
You are unable to remove the name completely, for history purposes, but you can hide them from showing in the log-on list.
To hide an employee from the Time Clock and Security login screens, do the following from your master computer:
Close PostalMate and CashMate and open PM Utilities
Select Edit User
You will uncheck them from Time Clock User and select the option to Hide. You may also want to remove the password.
