The Dev team have picked up an issue relating to our anti-virus and the creation of voice notes on SA Youth, currently workseekers are not able to upload a voice note, the team are working on it and will give us an update once they have completed the troubleshooting.

Now scroll down and click on "Settings":
Now click on "Site Settings":
Ensure that the Microphone settings are set to "Ask first" and that JavaScript is set to "Allowed":
Setting up an iPhone with Safari to ensure it is ready for when a voice note upload is needed:

Click on "Settings":
Tap "Website settings". Expand the Microphone section and click on "Allow":
