These settings are for EPCs who work with multiple Sales Orgs. Consequently, if your Org is Sales Org or a Hybrid Org, these setting are not necessary.

Another important thing to note is that we've set up some great automations for you! These days, if you add a Sales Organization in Legacy (found here: https://enerflo.io/epc/sales-teams) then a corresponding Authorized Dealer will be created automatically for you!

To set up an EPCs Authorized Dealers navigate to the Authorized Dealers App. Authorized_Dealers.png

Connecting to Authorized Dealers

In setting up a new Authorized Dealer, click on the Add dealer field and all of your existing Sales Orgs will populate. Select one. Then, click in the Choose a pricing model field and select the appropriate pricing model. Then click + Add. Your new Authorized Dealer will show up in the table view below. Authorized_Dealers_UI.png

Editing Authorized Dealers

You can view and edit each of your Authorized Dealers by clicking on the + icon next to the dealer's name. The following image shows the expanded UI for viewing, editing, and or deleting the authorized dealer or their market details. Authorized_Dealer_UI2.png

You can now reference these authorized dealer(s) in the equipment and rebate apps.
