Obtaining a Customer’s 2 Year Bar Graph for Meter Reading History

Path: Utility Billing > Service Accounts > Search and Select Account > Reading History tab > Right click on any reading and select 2 Year Bar Graph (Seen in green section of the drop-down menu)

Enter the Ending Period (All readings two years prior to this date will show on the graph)

You have the option to email the graph to the customer. If you select yes and select submit, a new screen will appear.

Enter Subject Line for the Email & Body if needed and select the Email the screen icon when done.
