Roche Brands Design Resources

Roche underwent a global rebrand to unify all their branding materials in 2021, creating their Roche Corporate brand. Roche material should come across as warm, authentic and approachable. The Roche brand design is: minimalistic, clean and simple, elegant and light (use of open and white space). Warm (through human connection, use of warmer tones and reduced use of blue). Personal, emotive and empathetic. Authentic and engaging

The majority of materials we create will be in this brand style, however there are also Roche sub-brands that we work with, each which are derived directly from the Roche Corporate brand, but have unique brand identities such as a different colour palettes or brand graphics.

Roche encompasses several brands: Roche Corporate, CoaguCheck®, cobas®, CustomBiotech, navify®, and VENTANA®. You can find details on each of these on the Roche branding homepage, bottom right.

The main Roche brands we work with are: Roche Corporate, Roche cobas, and Roche navify

  • cobas fulfils a more lab-centric role in the portfolio. The cobas brand showcases innovative and cutting-edge lab technology. On top of the Roche Corporate themes of 'Simplicity, Elegance, Human Centric and Minimalism', cobas brings in additional themes of Technology and Innovation.
  • navify represents the digital solutions brand from Roche Diagnostics, striving for more connected and agile healthcare system, where digital technologies unlock new possibilities for better care. On top of the Roche Corporate themes of 'Simplicity, Elegance, Human Centric and Minimalism', navify brings in the overarching Digital theme with new graphics for use in navify materials.
