Strengthen Read-Only Access Controls

We’ve greatly improved our existing Read-Only Access feature that allows administrators to limit certain users to a view-only mode within GoRev.


Added comprehensive read-only UI controls throughout GoRev to ensure users with read-only permissions can view but not modify data. This enhancement significantly improves security by preventing unauthorized edits, accidental data changes, or tampering with sensitive patient and financial information. By enforcing stricter access boundaries, the system now provides stronger protection of patient records and ensures better compliance with privacy and data integrity standards.

Users with read-only permissions can now view forms but are restricted from performing any actions that alter data

  • This includes: right-clicks, grid actions, dynamic buttons, and other modification tools.

Access has been further locked down across other key areas such as:

  • Administrative settings
  • Scheduling
  • Posting
  • File management changes
  • Coding
  • Billing
  • Patient management
  • and more
