Label Printer - Zebra Thermal Label Printer Model ZD420d

Use this guide to configure a Zebra ZD420d label printer for use within the GoRev environment.

Note: in a healthcare environment the Zebra ZD420-HC is recommended.


1: Install Zebra Windows

Visit here: https://www.zebra.com/us/en/support-downloads/printer-software/printer-setup-utilities.html

And install the Zebra Setup Utilities for Windows. Follow instructions as found on Zebra's website.

2: Configure Printer for size of loaded Labels

From the Zebra setup utilities window (this window launches immediately upon finishing installation and can be accessed later). Select your installed printer and click Configure Printer Settings.

Specify Width and Height in inches according to the table below. Click Finish.

3. Configure GoRev Label Printing Mode

Click your name top right within GoRev and click preferences. Click into the Printing tab and select GoRev as the Integration Mode. Click Save.

Your printer is configured for use. Unleash your Zebra:

Zebra bulk label printing.MOV

Note: If you have had any customizations made to your standard patient label, lab large label, lab small label, or any other custom labels created you will need to contact GoRev support to have these reconfigured into the new integration mode.
