Welcome to the Facility Selection Tutorial. In this tutorial, we will focus on the process of selecting a Facility in GoRev.
1 : Locating Your Current Facility
After logging into GoRev, the Facility that you are currently in will be present in the upper left corner of your GoRev Homepage.
2 : Utilizing the "Change Facility" Feature
In order to change your Current GoRev Facility, first, begin by clicking on the “Change Facility” button present in your GoRev Toolbar.
3 : Selecting the Required GoRev Facility
Once the “Change Facility” drop-down menu becomes visible, please select the Facility that you require from the list present on your screen.
You can filter what type of facilities are shown by using the Institutional and Professional check boxes.
4 : Locating Your Selected Facility
After selecting the GoRev Facility that you require from the “Change Facility” menu, the selected Facility will be present in the top left corner of your GoRev Homepage.
5 : Setting Your Default Facility
Now, if you would like to set your selected GoRev Facility as your Default Facility, please click on the “Set as Default” button present in your GoRev Toolbar.As a GoRev user, your Default Facility is the Facility that will be present upon logging into GoRev.
6 : Locating the "Your Default" Button
Once you have successfully selected your Default Facility in GoRev, the “Set as Default” icon will be replaced with a “Your Default” button.
7 : Utilizing the Legacy Facility Selector
GoRev allows you to change the facility display to a list based view which is how the menu appeared in legacy versions of the software. To begin, click on "Your Name" in the upper right hand corner of the GoRev screen.
Next, click on "Preferences".
From the General tab on the Preferences screen, check the box marked "Legacy Facility Selector".
After restarting GoRev the Change Facility view will revert to the legacy style.
