Utilize Response Messages

Response Messages are pre-written options to assist in navigating the various phases of a conversation with a prospect, from early greetings to pitches to booking meetings. These are authored by the Account Manager and client jointly and their content is created to suit topics of campaigns.

How does it work?

Short cuts to Response Messages are listed under the drop menu when you click on "Type Message" found under the conversation stream.

Benefits & Value

The Response Messages cover a wide variety of stages the conversation could be in, offering options and strategies to connect, interact, provide information, and ultimately book meetings for the client.

Feature Attributes

  • Click on the Type Message bar
  • Possible Response Messages Titles will drop down
    • Hovering over a title will give a quick preview of what the message states
    • Once propagated into the section, messages can be edited to fit the flow of the conversation
  • Often campaigns will have a sequence making it easy to follow when choosing messages. Might even be listed as "Step 1, Step 2, Step 3."

  • Once a message is chosen and edited, click "Send LinkedIn Message."
