Common Practice Guide | Where to Find Company Documents

AllianceHCM tips: Keep an eye out for tips from our experts!

Pre-hire, new hire, and ongoing company documents are stored on your Company Setup tab in the AllPay system.

You can find these documents by clicking on Configuration in your left navigation, then looking under the Company Setup menu and choosing Documents.

From the list of documents, select the document you are interested in (the selected row will be yellow). If desired, click the Download icon from the option icons above the list of documents (seen below in red) to download the selected document.
