Creating Case Views in Unified Operations
This is an overview of how to create a view of Your open cases in Unified operations
Views in Unified Operations are an easy tool to help keep all of your records organized and visible in whatever format you'd like. Below is an overview of how to create new views for cases:
1.) On the Cases page, click the Gear icon and click "New"
2.) Give your view a name and hit "Save"
3.) Adjust your filters and save
- Filter by Owner should be adjusted to "All Cases"
- Add a filter for "Assigned To" = Your Name to see all cases assigned to you
- Add a filter for "Status" not = to "Closed" to see all your open cases
- Add any additional filters like "Sub-Area" (type of case)
4.) Select your Fields to Display
- This is how you select what columns you'd like to see on your view
- All columns can be sorted by clicking the arrow next to the column name
- To add columns, select them from from Available Fields selection, and click the arrow pointed to Visible fields.
- To remove columns select them from Visible Fields and click the arrow pointed to Available fields
- Hit Save
