Consolidated Pickup Report

Version 12.10 introduces the Consolidated Pickup Report which is generated at the time of Carrier Pickup for UPS, FedEx, and FedEx Ground.

This report includes tracking numbers for all shipments as well as all drop-offs and also includes a signature line for your driver to sign and you can keep for your records.

This report is enabled automatically upon updating to Version 12.10. It will print to your default .pdf reader such as Edge or Adobe Acrobat. From there you can choose File > Print.

You can find the setting on your main workstation by:

  • Choose Tools > PostalMate Settings...
  • Select Drop-Off Settings on the left pane.
  • Select a carrier using the drop-down menu next to Service (UPS, FedEx, or FedEx Ground).
  • Here you will find a check-box for Enable consolidated pickup report. If checked, the report will generate at the time of Carrier Pickup. Un-check this box if you wish to turn it off.
  • Repeat for each carrier (UPS, FedEx, or FedEx Ground) as desired.
  • Click Save and Close PM Settings.

Additionally, once the report is generated, it will automatically save a copy to your Documents folder in a new folder called Consolidated Pickup Report. It will not be the signed copy, but it is there if you need it!
