Pre-Meeting Check-In:

  1. Check-In Call: If a client has not completed Fact Finder, Yodlee Link, or Billing Agreement, call to check in, offer to help, answer questions, and collect documents and information. If the client prefers, review the document checklist with them to help them consolidate documents to bring to the Discovery Meeting. Do we need to reschedule?
  2. Schedule a call to assist the client or a follow-up call to check in, and offer to reschedule the Discovery Meeting if the client needs more time to collect documents.

After Meeting Follow-Up :
