Mailbox Rates - Adjustments

This is an overview on how to change/increase your Mailbox rates in Mailbox Manager. Your mailbox notices will always reflect the current pricing.

From CashMate, select Mailbox.

Once in Mailbox Manager choose Tools > Settings.

From Settings, choose Sizes & Rates. Here you can adjust your rates. (Remember, the term rate is based on what you enter as the monthly rate multiplied by the number of months in the term.)

Mailbox renewal notices will always reflect the current pricing. However, you have the option to use last term rates at the time you renew the mailbox.
