New! Email Notifications For Booking Exceptions/Reminders
🎉 What's new?
The ability to subscribe to receive an email for the following Booking Exceptions & Reminders:
(Exception) Offered rate has expired: When the current date is past the rate expiration date for the booking option, a notification will be displayed to your customer
(Exception) Cargo at risk of missing planned departure: When the cargo ready date of an approved booking option is after the planned ETD a notification will be displayed to your customer.
- (Reminder) Offered rate is close to expiring: When the rate expiration date is coming up, a reminder will be displayed to your customer.

For Admins and Operators
Click Profile Name In The Top Right —> Settings —> Notifications
The new notifications we add will be turned off by default.
To receive these email notifications:
Navigate to Settings, then click on Notifications
Tick the box next to the notifications you want to subscribe to.
For Your Customers
Click Profile Name In The Top Right —> Settings —> Notifications
