Employee Referral Program
Eligibility:
All full time employees and consultant can refer a candidate.
Process:
- Employee have to fill the Employee Referral Form Employee Referral Form to refer the candidate.
- HR will be internallly checking for duplicacy of the referred candidate, within existing databank of hiring manager and HR databank.
- HR will initiate hiring process and candidate will be considered only post the initial screening.
Referral Amount:
The referral bonus amount has been classified in 3 categories
Grade ( Years of Relevant role experience) | Referral Amount |
1 to 4 Years | Rs. 5000 |
4 + to 8 Years | Rs. 10000 |
8 + Years | Rs. 15000 |
Applicability for payout:
- The referral bonus will be paid to the employee once his referred employee has successfully completed 6 months in the organization.
- The employee receiving the bonus must be an active employee (not on probation, resigned) on date of pay-out.
- Payout will be made in the next salary cycle.
- Referred candidate is valid for 6 months.
- Head of Department referring for own team is not considered for referral.
Guidelines for employees:
- There may not be an open vacancy for many department and roles, however you can refer any suitable candidate.
