Reporting & Insights in 1Password
🧐 About
In this 4 minute video we will take you on a journey through the various reports that 1Password Business provides.
These reports allow those who have access to see important security-related insights so that they can take appropriate action, or prompt users to take necessary action to improve their security hygiene.
💡 Highlights
- Watchtower will highlight various security vulnerabilities that may be affecting credentials that are saved within a vault. You will only be able to view Watchtower reports for the vault(s) in which you have view access to and it will include data from OPH (desktop and mobile clients), B5Web and B5X.
- Insights will allow you to go more high-level to see vulnerabilities based on categories and which vaults that are being affected.
- The Domain Breach Report can be set up to view any breaches that employees have been caught in.
- Sign-in attempts report showcases any failed sign-ins that users in your account have encountered, whether it is because of an incorrect account password or secret key, or even a firewall rule blocking the sign-in.
- Usage reports can be run at user or vault level to see items that have been utilized by who, when and how.
- The Activity Log shows actions taken in relation to the 1Password account, think of it as a running audit log.
