Fleet request Process
SUMMARY:
All L3AV Fleet Vehicles must be assigned and Checked Out before usage. Vehicles are to be returned and Checked in to L3AV HQ and at the end of every week and/or end of scheduled use. All exceptions must be approved by the L3AV Fleet Management Group. Below outlines the specific actions for each key part of the process.

Each box needs to be filled out.
- Requested By
- Vehicle Type
- Project # {If there is not a project associated with this request use N/A}
- Start/End Dates
Once you have been assigned a vehicle you will receive a confirmation with which vehicle has been assigned for the duration.
LOADING / DRIVING TO JOBSITE:
Depending upon location of the job, it may not always make sense for the Lead to drive into HQ to retrieve the vehicle. In those cases, the Lead and or a member of the team may be assigned to load out the vehicle and drive it to the jobsite for the day/week.
