USPS Time in Transit in PostalMate

USPS does not provide estimated Time in Transit data for third-party software. PostalMate allows stores to enter their own estimated arrival times.

⚠️ Important: Use caution when entering delivery estimates. Customers will expect shipments to arrive within the timeframe displayed.

Update Time in Transit

  1. Go to Edit > Shipping Carrier > United States Postal Service > Edit.
  2. In the Services box, select the service you want to update.
  3. Click Edit > Display.
  4. Enter your estimated delivery verbiage in:
    • Arrival Day
    • Arrival Time

Character Limit: 16 characters, including spaces.

💡 Tip

Keep your wording realistic and avoid overly optimistic delivery estimates.
