ARC - How to update a Modification Request

What you need to get started

  • Access to your community ATEZZA portal
  • Access to the Architectural Review (ARC) module for your community
  • Required information to update a Modification Request

Instructions to update a Modification Request

  1. Open a web browser and navigate to https://atezza.com/Account/Login
  2. If you are already logged in skip to Step 4

  3. Enter your email and password to log in
  4. Hover over the menu or click the "hamburger" menu icon to expand the application menu

  5. Click on the Architectural Review menu icon to access the ARC module

  6. To edit a Modification Request, click and drag the map to identify the Modification Request to edit
  7. Click on the Modification Request pin to select it

  8. Once the pin is selected, a pop up will appear on map and with the Modification Request details and the pin is highlighted blue

  9. You can then click the edit details link in the pop-up and scroll down to edit the Modification Request details in the table below the map.
  10. From here you can, update the necessary fields in the table and/or upload necessary files using the file upload utility

  11. To save the changes, click on the "save" button at the bottom right of the page

You must have Author or Collection Owner permission to create Guru Cards. Contact your team's Guru admins to use this template.
