- Dusica Koricanac is our main contact, however she is currently on Maternity Leave
- When there is a guide that is not in our system we are provided with guide’s name, photo, and bio which we can provide to client prior to the tour. Please let the EX team know and they will add the guide. Remind them of the following:
- We are not to publish the guides’ info on our website (only Dusica, Jean-Pascal, and Stephen should be published to the website).
- We are not to provide clients with guide contact. All contact should go through Jean-Pascale. That is the number we will provide to the client.
How to Fulfill
- When a booking comes through our system, we first must review the order; check client’s notes and make sure there are no double bookings, that there are no date/time overlaps.
- We request a guide via the email template below at welcome@vosnetastingclub.com
- Leave an order note saying guide has been requested with Front link, and add a comment as well to the task and complete
- They will reply to us with confirmation of the guide name ideally within 1 business day, maximum 2
- Partner guides do not have admin access - we DO NOT want to send them an sms or email!
- Check off the sms and email boxes BEFORE assigning
- Find the specific guide's name on the assignment list
- On the righthand side of their row, select the 'assign' button
- Then select the green check mark next to their name - this will accept the assignment on their behalf
- Complete the tasks, you're all done!
