FAQS

  • We always assign Elodie first. If she is unable to do it, she will let us know via email which of her partners can be assigned to the tour.
  • We are not to provide clients with any other guide's number. All contact must go through through Elodie.

How to Fulfill

  • When a booking comes through our system, we first must review the order; check client’s notes and make sure there are no double bookings, that there are no date/time overlaps.
  • We assign Elodie first as normal - we do want her to receive the sms/email!!
    • Her partners are part of the tier system so make sure that you exclude them for the first round of assignment.
  • Elodie will either accept the assignment or let us know via email if she cannot and which of her partners can take the tour.
  • If needed, assign another guide based on Elodie’s email.
      • Partner guides do not have admin access - we DO NOT want to send them an sms or email!
      • Check off the sms and email boxes BEFORE assigning
      • Find the specific guide's name on the assignment list
      • On the righthand side of their row, select the 'assign' button
      • Then select the green check mark next to their name - this will accept the assignment on their behalf
  • Complete the tasks, you're all done!

ADMINISTRATIVE INFORMATION

Cancellation Policy

For any cancellation, the following fees will be deducted from the refund:

  • 90 days or more before the tour: 90% of the overall price will be refunded
  • 15 to 90 days prior to tour date: 70% of the overall price will be refunded
  • 7 to 14 days prior to tour date: 50% of the overall price will be refunded
  • Less than 7 days prior to arrival: no refund

You must have Author or Collection Owner permission to create Guru Cards. Contact your team's Guru admins to use this template.
