How to Fulfill

  • When a booking comes through our system, we first must review the order, check the client’s notes, and make sure there are no double bookings and no date/time overlaps.
  • Tours with hotel meeting point where we need to send the hotel detail to P2S:
  • We request a guide via email at context@passagetosicily.com and cc: marta@contexttravel.com and jean-marie@passagetosicily.com
  • Leave a comment in the assignment task saying that the guide has been requested with the Front link.
  • They will reply to us with confirmation of the guide name ideally within 1 business day, maximum 2
    • Partner guides do not have admin access - we DO NOT want to send them an sms or email!
    • Check off the sms and email boxes BEFORE assigning
    • Find the specific guide's name on the assignment list
    • On the righthand side of their row, select the 'assign' button
    • Then select the green check mark next to their name - this will accept the assignment on their behalf
  • Complete the tasks, add assignments to the tracker, and you're all done!
  • Passage to Sicily can arrange optional car transfer.
