- Passage to Sicily is very responsive and easy to work with
 - They usually reply to our email on the day of the request
 - They don’t like when we contact their guide but they are ok with clients contacting them
 - All cancellations go directly through Passage to Sicily
 - IMPORTANT - On some of the tours clients can chose some add one services, we need to notify P2S about additional services
 
How to Fulfill
- When a booking comes through our system, we first must review the order, check the client’s notes, and make sure there are no double bookings and no date/time overlaps.
 - Tours with hotel meeting point where we need to send the hotel detail to P2S:
 - We request a guide via email at context@passagetosicily.com and cc: marta@contexttravel.com and jean-marie@passagetosicily.com
 - Leave a comment in the assignment task saying that the guide has been requested with the Front link.
 - They will reply to us with confirmation of the guide name ideally within 1 business day, maximum 2
 - Partner guides do not have admin access - we DO NOT want to send them an sms or email!
 - Check off the sms and email boxes BEFORE assigning
 - Find the specific guide's name on the assignment list
 - On the righthand side of their row, select the 'assign' button
 - Then select the green check mark next to their name - this will accept the assignment on their behalf
 - Complete the tasks, add assignments to the tracker, and you're all done!
 - Passage to Sicily can arrange optional car transfer.
