Update contact information - account - website & app

A how-to-guide to where to update your email and phone number on branch.com or in the Branch app.

Locating account details

Branch App

1. Click on the fourth tab in the footer of the app
2. Click your initials located at the top right of the page at anytime
3. Click My Account from the drop down that pops open

Website - branch.com

1. Click your initials located at the top right of the page at anytime
2. Click My Account from the drop down that pops open

Updating contact information

1. Click the pencil edit icon of the information you want to edit
1. If you need to update your mailing address you will need to contact us
2. Type in the updated information
3. Click Save
4. You will see a confirmation banner once the details are updated
