Ingest a channel

If you have one or several channels that you want to ingest check our ingestion specifications. Then please send the following information to support@magine.com so that we can prepare everything to transcode your streams.

Number of channels and resolution
Source of media
- Internet delivery: RTMP, HLS, Zixi
Metadata delivery source, method and ID number of the file

When the channel is ready we will notify you. In the Magine Pro Console, you can then add logos and the description before you add it to your offering. Here is our guide on how to publish the channel in your service.

You must have Author or Collection Owner permission to create Guru Cards. Contact your team's Guru admins to use this template.
