If you need time away for medical, pregnancy, bonding, family care, or other qualifying reasons, youโll request your leave through our leave of absence vendor, Reliance Matrix.

Up to 12 weeks of fully paid medical leave when you need time away due to a serious medical condition + partial pay for additional time off if you need it beyond 12 weeks. | |
12 weeks of fully paid family care leave when you need to take time off to take care of an immediate family member. | |
Up to 12 weeks of fully paid pregnancy disability leave for the birthing parent; in addition to Bonding Leave. | |
12 weeks of fully paid leave for parents to bond within the first year for the birth, adoption, or placement of a child. | |
