If internet access is available without the need to use a proxy, the hale pro plugins can be installed via the online update site (how to install software from an update site).
The update site for hale pro plugins is located at http://build-artifacts.wetransform.to/p2/hale-pro/4.0.0

The downloaded archive can then be included as an update site (link to manual).
If not otherwise documented, hale plugins can be installed by extracting the ZIP archive and place the contained dropins folder in the hale studio installation directory. The dropins folder may contain multiple plugins. When doing an upgrade, an earlier version of a specific plugin should be removed beforehand. When starting hale studio the next time the plugin should be available. You can check the availability of plugins in hale studio in the Installation details in the About dialog. Make sure to check the Error Log view if you experience problems.
