How to print on my personal device or mobile phone

  • Make sure that you are connected to your school / organization's Wifi.
  • For the initial setup, go to https://ecsrd.me/printsetup and follow the install process for Mobility Print app based on the device you have.
  • Once installation is done, you may start sending documents from any platform to be printed .
  • You will get a notification to sign in with Mobility Print app to place the job print ready for release.
  • An email will be sent to you confirming that your documents are held in a queue.
  • Finally, go visit the printer you wish to print at (intended for mobile and BYOD printing) and scan the QR code or visit the site written below to release the job prints.

For iOS mobile users, no need to install as it works with AirServer

Web Printing

  • If you wish not to install the Mobility Print app on your device, you may start from a browser of your choice then proceed to https://printing.ecsrd.ca/user? and login with your Evergreen credentials. The downside is it will limit the file type you can submit for printing. (PDF pdf Picture Files bmp, dib, gif, jfif, jif, jpe, jpeg, jpg, png, tif, tiff )
  • Go to Web Print menu -> Submit a job -> Upload or drag documents -> Upload and Complete.
  • Then proceed to the final step, releasing the job print. Jobs Pending Release menu -> Print or Cancel
