Employee Email Signatures

Step 1: Set up your signature via WiseStamp

WiseStamp is the centralized email signature platform we use to streamline email signatures and enable marketing to add campaign promotions without burdening the team with constant update requests.

  • You should have an invite in your inbox to set up your signature, subject line "Your Hiline email signature is ready!"
  • Download extension
  • To view or edit your signature details, sign into your WiseStamp signature page (https://hub.wisestamp.com/signatures)

Step 2: Update your email signature in Karbon (as needed):

  1. Log in to Karbon
  2. Click on your name at the bottom-left corner.
  3. Email Signature --> 'Edit'
  4. Copy & Paste from Email Signature from WiseStamp Website (Install > Other > Copy)
  5. 'Save'
  6. Check-off the box, "Append signatures to replies as well as new emails from Karbon"
  7. Done! 🙌

You must have Author or Collection Owner permission to create Guru Cards. Contact your team's Guru admins to use this template.
