Employee Email Signatures

Step 1: Set up your signature via WiseStamp

WiseStamp is the centralized email signature platform we use to streamline email signatures and enable marketing to add campaign promotions without burdening the team with constant update requests.

You should have an invite in your inbox to set up your signature, subject line "Your Hiline email signature is ready!"
Please follow steps to get your new automated signature all set up (you'll be able to make any needed edits to your contact info/details). Once you complete setup, you'll need to go to your signature settings in Outlook and update your default signature to "Teams Signature" (File > Options > Mail > Signatures on PC; Outlook > Settings > Signatures on Mac)
To view or edit your signature details, sign into your WiseStamp signature page (https://hub.wisestamp.com/signatures)
