Getting a Splash account
The university has a limited number of Splash account seats, which are distributed among colleges, institutes, and administrative departments (see this list of Splash users).
Before reaching out to request an account, check to see who in your unit already has an existing account via the list of Splash users below and contact your colleague directly for support.
If your unit doesn’t already have an account and you anticipate using Splash, please send a request to universitypublicprograms@newschool.edu with the non-person email address you would like to associate with the account.
Note that the following read-only account types are free, and there is no limit to how many we can create:
- View-only - This account holder can view unpublished pages, guest list, and event data, but won't be able to edit event pages.
- On-Site Specialist - This account holder will have access to the Splash Host App for event check-in, but won't have the ability to edit event pages.
